Farm Help Wanted

The Pomykala Farm in Grand Isle, VT is hiring employees for the 2007 year growing season. A large variety of vegetables and flowers are grown on the farm and workers are needed to help with the planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting, and packaging of the crops.

The farm is on the shore of Lake Champlain and is a 35 minute commute from the Burlington area. Housing is not available. Both part time and full time workers are needed from May through the end of October. Salary is commensurate with experience.

If you are hardworking, honest, reliable, enjoy the outside, and like working with others, we want you! Farm work is a rewarding and educational experience. We have been at this for 30 years, and have watched a number of past employees go on to start farms of their own.
